Scrum Master
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Scrum Master** to join our team. This position is a **hybrid** role with 3 days a week on site. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) effectively and efficiently. + Coach the Product Owner on maximizing value and refining the Product Backlog. + Guide the organization in its adoption of Scrum, helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact empirical product development. + Work with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks. + Promote transparency by ensuring clear communication of team progress, challenges, and metrics to all relevant stakeholders. + Collaborate with HR business partners, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and delivery of HR technology projects. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team, preferably within an HR or enterprise systems context. + Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification. + Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices (Scrum) + Experience with .NET development environments and software development lifecycle (SDLC). + Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira). **Preferred:** + Experience working in Human Resources (HR) or with HR-related systems. + Additional Agile certifications (e.g., A-CSM, PSM II, SAFe Scrum Master). + Technical background in .NET development or related technologies. + Experience with change management and organizational transformation. + Experience working with the Air Force or Space Force **Clearance Requirements:** + US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance suitability **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. + The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
