Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile practices for our Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), and Intelligent Automation development teams. This role is critical in facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring the successful delivery of data-driven and automated solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for enabling high-performing teams.
**In this role, your responsibilities will be**
+ Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
+ Guide and coach the Analytics, BI, and Intelligent Automation teams on Agile/Scrum best practices.
+ Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Analysts, Automation Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure clear backlog prioritization and delivery alignment.
+ Remove blockers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
+ Track and report on key Agile metrics to ensure transparency and performance.
+ Support cross-functional collaboration and communication across technical and non-technical teams.
+ Promote Agile values and principles across the organization.
+ Ensure timely delivery of high-quality analytics, BI, and automation solutions that meet business needs.
+ Support and coordinate waterfall and hybrid projects.

**For this role, you will need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in data analytics, BI, or automation environments.
+ Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Waterfall project management.
+ Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
+ Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Advanced English skills
+ Strong organizational and time management abilities.
+ Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
+ Travel availability
**Preferred qualifications that set you a part:**
+ Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
+ Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).
+ Experience with RPA tools and intelligent automation frameworks.
+ Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and data-centric environment.
