Scrum Master

You will report to: Technical Leader Development and Strategy

Job's workplace type: Hybrid

Located in: Santa Fe, Mexico City

Your Responsibilities:

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand-Up, Refinement, Review, Retrospective).Ensure the team follows Agile principles and practices.Support us by helping evolve the scaled agile approachParticipate in cross business community of practice to grow others and your knowledgeCollaborate with Product Owners to help support a healthy backlog.Foster collaboration among engineers across different teamsCommunicate accomplishments, short-term goals, and hurdles with your team.Embrace someone mindset and foster team growthSupport, as Scrum Master, two or three teams

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar; or equivalent years of relevant work experienceLegal authorization to work in Mexico/LATAM is required- we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, not now or in the future, for this job opening

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

Typically requires 2+ years of relevant work experience as a Scrum Master.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.Experience designing and implementing software for embedded devices and systemsHistory of using object-oriented concepts such as inheritance and virtualization.Knowledge of software and Engineer to Order test methodologies.Experience in the Industrial Automation industryHistory of communicating and presenting to varying levels of an organizationExperience collaborating with local and global technical development teams.
