As a Scrum Master, this role focuses on encouraging a self-organizing, high-performing Agile Team that delivers value each iteration while aligning with Planning Interval Objectives. In this position, you will facilitate key ceremonies, support backlog management in collaboration with Product Owners, remove impediments, and ensure adherence to the Scaled Agile Framework.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Helping software development teams apply the Scrum framework.
+ Planning results, helping teams supervise performance and resolving conflicts and removing obstacles that occur.
+ Coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
+ Facilitating internal communication, effective collaboration and being the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or team members).
+ Working with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
+ Reporting on iteration results as required by the Release Train Engineer and ensuring the team keeps the project management tool up to date (Azure DevOps).
+ Represent the team in Scrum of Scrums and supports collaboration and communication between separate Scrum Teams.
+ Supporting Planning Interval Planning through Story Point estimation and the use of the tools as required by the Release Train Engineer.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, story point estimation, backlog refinement)
+ Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
+ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
+ Communication, supportive leadership and good organizational skills
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Relevant experience in a Scrum Team
+ Familiarity with software development
+ Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps
