We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunities! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Helping software development teams apply the Scrum framework. + Planning results, helping teams supervise performance and resolving conflicts and removing obstacles that occur. + Coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups. + Facilitating internal communication, effective collaboration and being the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or team members). + Working with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests. + Reporting on iteration results as required by the Release Train Engineer and ensuring the team keeps the project management tool up to date (Azure DevOps). + Represent the team in Scrum of Scrums and supports collaboration and communication between separate Scrum Teams. + Supporting Planning Interval Planning through Story Point estimation and the use of the tools as required by the Release Train Engineer. **Who You Are:** You partner with others to get work done.
