Scrum Master: INTL India
Job Description A Fortune 100 client is seeking to add an additional Scrum Master to their organization, in support of two pods within a Digital Product. The highlights of this role are as follows: -Coordinates and communicates across internal and external teams •Frequent communication with senior leadership to shape and deliver on the product roadmaps and business goals •Facilitates daily stand-up, iteration planning, sprint review, and iteration retrospective. •Guides team in time estimating practices and facilitates team estimates engineering development projects and facilitates sprint releases. •Drive team iteration execution communicates with management and stakeholders. •This role will lead and closely coordinate with Technical Program Managers We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements •11+ years of IT experience with Minimum 6+ years of strong experience in working as Scrum Master. •Scrum master certification (CSM, PSM-1/2 or PMI-ACP certification a must) -Advanced ADO/Azure DevOps tool skills •Strong change manager. Comfortable with change, especially that which arises through company growth. Able to lead a team effectively through times of change. •Adept at learning and applying new technologies and solving new problems. •High degree of organization •Proven track record of leading, mentoring agile teams. • Preferably some experience in the Consumer Goods Industry
