The Project Manager/Scrummaster at Graebel will be a critical contributor to the success of Graebel programs/projects by successfully delivering initiatives leveraging both Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies. As a Scrummaster you will effectively plan work and facilitate Agile/Scrum teams towards consistent velocity, quality, and successful delivery leveraging Agile/Scrum. As a traditional Project Manager, you will effectively plan work and facilitate teams towards consistent delivery and quality leveraging traditional project management waterfall methodology. We are committed to fair and transparent compensation. The salary range for this role is based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications and is $110,000 to $120,000 CAD . Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Drive successful delivery of Graebel initiatives leveraging appropriate methodology (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall) as identified for the initiative + Facilitate conversations among stakeholders and team members to obtain agreement on scope and success criterion + Develop and manage methodology-specific project plans and manage well run teams to deliver effective work products and results + Leverage effective communication and information exchange between your team(s), the product/business owner(s), and related teams - both internal and external. + Effectively identify, communicate, and resolve cross-team issues, risks, and conflicting priorities + Communicate project status regularly to stakeholders and executive sponsors + Successfully manage project budgets, timelines and team members + Other duties as assigned Required Skills Demonstrated skills managing initiatives leveraging Agile/Scrum methodology + Lead design and planning ceremonies prior to each Scrum for assigned workstream(s) + Organize and facilitate Agile Scrum Ceremonies, artifact creation & effective tool usage + Effectively facilitate development, testing and deployment activities for assigned workstream(s) + Aggressively identify, manage and remove obstacles during Sprints + Track and communicate team velocity, issues and sprint/release progress. + Leverage Azure Dev Ops (or equivalent) to effectively track and manage Sprint activities + Maintain defects/bugs planning and prioritization within Azure Dev Ops (or equivalent). + Create and distribute reporting to highlight sprint progress, obstacles and accomplishments. Demonstrated skills managing initiatives leveraging traditional Waterfall methodology + Manage projects and teams to successfully deliver + Develop and proactively manage project plans, deliverables, risks and issues + Drive the successful and timely creation of project work products by team members (requirements, designs, process flows, test plans, etc.) + Manage and communicate project status regularly - to stakeholders and sponsors + Facilitate conversations among project stakeholders and related teams to proactively identify and successfully resolve issues and risks + Effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and team members Demonstrated project management skills + Strong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse personality types. + Facilitate proactive and effective cross-workstream communication and collaboration + Proactively identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions. + Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical teams and departments. + Work in a matrixed environment with ability to multi-task and to balance priorities + Knowledge and understanding of methodology best practices and the ability to adapt methodology to meet company and project needs. + Ability to coach team members to reach their highest potential. Required Experience + 8+ years of overall experience with 6+ years of Project Manager and Scrum Master experience, preferably with multiple companies + Experience implementing initiatives leveraging both agile and waterfall methodologies, values, and best practices + Experience leading complex projects in matrixed organizations + Experience understanding and proactively managing both functional and technical issues. + Scrum Master, Product Owner and Project Management (PMI or equivalent) certifications a plus + Scaled Agile and/or Product Increment (PI) planning experience is a plus + Servicengine experience is a plus + Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve personal & team effectiveness a plus + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) + Four-year college diploma or university degree or equivalent As a testament to our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and in alignment with our commitment to fair and transparent compensation, our salary bands are transparent both internally and as a part of our external recruitment process. The targets for this role are dependent on market/ geographic location and range from $110,000 to $120,000 CAD .
