The Scrub Tech is responsible for preparing patients for procedures through cleaning and shaving skin and transferring patients to operating table. They will prepare the operating room by sterilizing instruments and helping the surgical team scrub in for procedures. They will also assist the surgeon by handing proper instruments during surgery.
