Main activities:

Project Review and Analysis:

Analyze the received project materials, verifying technical aspects such as question types, codes, filters, logical conditions, and visual styles. Propose improvements and alternatives to the materials to optimize their quality and feasibility.

Programming and Development (Scripting):

Program the questionnaires according to project specifications, using the company's standard tools and modules (IIS SW). The objective is to deliver the questionnaire links without errors and meeting the established deadlines.

Quality Assurance and Testing:

Perform exhaustive tests and logical reviews of the programmed questionnaires to ensure there are no errors. Monitor data collection during the fieldwork phase to ensure it meets quality objectives. Deliver the final project data in the required format and according to the specified requirements.

Project and Time Management:

Meet project delivery deadlines. Actively manage workload, report availability to take on new projects, and meet occupancy targets. Record the administrative information for each project in the corresponding tools (TeamAdmin, iTime).

Continuous Improvement and Proactivity:

Constantly propose improvements in the review, programming, and quality control processes to optimize time and efficiency. Take responsibility for errors, find solutions, and create action plans to prevent their recurrence.

Collaboration and Professional Development:

Communicate effectively with team leaders (TLs) and managers, especially in case of delays. Seek help from more experienced colleagues when necessary and act as a mentor for new employees. Participate in training sessions and propose necessary training for the team.

Collaborate with the Project Manager(s) of the projects assigned and the SW team

Knowledge and technical skills:

-Knowledge in some languages:

C, C++, C#, .Net, Java, Javascript, Perl, Ruby, Python, Visual Basic (VB) SQL, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQLClient
