Join a dynamic apparel printing company as a Production Screen Printing Press Operator. This first shift role offers the opportunity to work with well-known brands such as Disney and Marvel, ensuring high-quality printed garments. The position requires expertise in operating screen-printing machines, preparing screens, mixing inks, and maintaining quality standards.
ResponsibilitiesOperate screen-printing machines to produce high-quality printed garments.Prepare screens and mix inks for printing.Set up and operate screen printing machines efficiently.Load and unload garments onto printing equipment.Adjust machine settings to meet job specifications.Monitor machine operation to detect and resolve issues.Ensure all prints meet company standards for quality and accuracy.Essential SkillsAt least 2 years of experience as a Screen Print Operator.Proficiency in setting up and operating screen printing machines.Capability to adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues.Experience in document control and general labor.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to troubleshoot and maintain screen printing equipment.Experience training others to operate screen printing equipment.Experience documenting work within Microsoft.Why Work Here?
