Job SummaryThe Customer demand, process & tools manager has to lead 2 teams of SCM professionals. One team is focusing on processes and tools, the other team is focusing on processing customer demand. In this role you will facilitate the teams in running, improving and standardizing the processes and systems. Next to that, you will be leading key SCM projects to execute the SCM strategy.
Job Responsibilities• Lead the Customer Demand Officer, Customer Support Officer teams & process & tools team
• Set performance targets, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
• Enable the team to analyze and process all customer demand across the programs
• Define best practices across the programs and define the standard
• Leverage state of the art technology to drive process optimization
• Monitor & control the customer demand in accordance to the FE budget/forecast
• Drive demand escalations with customers and/or internal stakeholders
• Participate in- and provide input for the SIOP demand review meetings
• Enable the team to provide quality information to the weekly MPS process
• Maintain healthy working relationships with customers and production sites
• Responsible for the development and availability of key systems like ERP, Supplier portal & BI-tool
• Responsible for data management, governance, and master data quality in conjunction with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across the operation of financial systems is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements
• Contribute to build business cases with clear deliverables within Key SCM projects to support Global/Regional Supply Chain Management team to deliver the roadmap to achieve excellence in SCM, taking into account Risk Management
• Create, maintain and govern the project execution of Project Plans, to be delivered within agreed timescale and costs
• Maintain, manage and communicate results as per defined project KPIs and project governance
• Support the Supply Chain Director EWIS in the creation and/or deployment of Business standards
• Provide Supply chain director EWIS with inputs to design the relevant Corporate Strategy
• Mastor or Bachelor’s degree in domain of Logistics/Supply chain
• Min. 10+ years of relevant Supply Chain
• Leadership experience is required
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Analytical, process-oriented, and strong communication skills.
• Affinity with automation/IT.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Proactive and a self-starter.
