**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle EPM Oracle EBS Forms and Oracle EBS Reports with a strong background in R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage testing processes and ensure high-quality deliverables in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities** + Lead the testing efforts for Oracle EPM and Oracle EBS applications ensuring all functionalities meet business requirements. + Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans and test cases for Oracle EBS Forms and Reports. + Provide expertise in the R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains to ensure domain-specific testing accuracy. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve testing issues promptly. + Ensure the testing process aligns with industry standards and best practices. + Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all testing activities. + Monitor and report on testing progress identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies. + Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and analyze testing requirements. + Implement automated testing solutions to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. + Facilitate regular testing reviews and feedback sessions with project teams. + Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and project deadlines. + Mentor and guide junior testers fostering a culture of continuous improvement. + Contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy of the organization. **Qualifications** + Possess extensive experience in Oracle EPM Oracle EBS Forms and Oracle EBS Reports. + Demonstrate strong knowledge in R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Show proficiency in test automation tools and techniques. + Have a proven track record of leading successful testing projects. + Display strong communication and collaboration abilities. + Maintain a detail-oriented and organized approach to testing activities. **Certifications Required** Oracle Certified Professional Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Applications Database Administrator Certified Professional Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
