Position Summary

We are looking for a new Supply Chain Operation Professional to join our Order Desk team!

Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for all kind of customer orders (Normal order, Special Order, Bundle Order, Free of Charge (FOC) Order, and Commercial Return Order) related to TC/TV product group or other product group per request. Interface between sales, SCM and SAP team.Orderingreceiving customer order from salesinput into the systemstock checkcredit checkinginterface between sales, Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Eastern Europe Distribution Centre (EEDC) in managing customer requested Delivery datebackorders (orders could not be delivered in time)Claim processKey user SAP SDCredit notes issuingPricing management for IM DivisionCooperating with SCM and sales team, monitoring and reporting about weekly and monthly sales results and progressSAP- GERP power user,  other SAP tasks. Support to other OD members and divisions.Unlock EAN CodesOther tasks per direct managers request

Skills and Qualifications

Qualification/Experience

University degree, preferably in economics or businessSeveral years in order processing, SCM  and demand planning or return of material management, sales supportExperience in highly diversified or international companies

Knowledge

Upper-intermediate command of EnglishAdvanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
