Responsibilities:

Issues, track and update purchase orders based on production needsMake cost-effective purchases and maintain a fully stocked inventoryLiaise with suppliers and warehouse to ensure timely delivery in good conditionDealing with queries in relation to invoice resolution with suppliersAccountable for the accuracy of purchasing parameters and maintenance of documentsContinuous improvement to shorten the supply chains for sustainability Maintain a mutually beneficial supplier relationshipContribute to the team objective for assured supply and quality product

Requirements:

Diploma in Business or Supply Chain related disciplineMinimum 1 year related working experienceAble to work in a fast paced MNC environmentBasic understanding of Microsoft ExcelBe team player with excellent communication skill
