JOB SUMMARY:

This position is part of Escalation Team and is primarily responsible for providing information related to delivery of equipment / Project status/ order status or any other information requested by internal business unit. The main task is to support and back procurement team. Activities involve may be communicating with vendors or internal teams independently to find solution required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Works on Open Orders list circulated weekly. To reduce the number of Open PO’s. Will work on closing tickets raised by project teams on status of SO. Needs to interact with supplier/ vendor to get the exact status of order Update the ESD/ Status of PO in D365 system Clear Vendor confirmation email box Support any other task assign in SCM.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Excellent communication skills to interact with US vendors independently. Strong interpersonal skills to work with both our internal and external customers. Strong attention to detail and independent follow through on tasks. Must have strong problem-solving skills to anticipate, identify and cope with expectations
and process issues as they rise. Occasionally required to work after hours, particularly in support of month-end and project-
close processes. Intermediate skills with technology including a comfort level with ERP (preferably D365),
SharePoint/ MS office and Excel. Must be self-directed, capable of working well independently as well as contributing to a
team environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Requires regular attendance. Should be willing to work in US shifts when required. Work primarily to be performed in an office environment.

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE:

Prior work experience is a plus. 2-3 years supply chain preferably WH/ Inventory experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree
