USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environment.

PROBLEM DATABASE

Provides systems engineering, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the enterprise ServiceNow Problem Database.

Provides advanced technical support to the ServiceNow problem database.

Supports the database design, development, implementation, information storage and retrieval, data flow, and analysis activities.

Responsible for ensuring that recurring incidents are captured in the problem database.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

PhD in a relevant Engineering discipline (or equivalent experience)

15+ years of experience

Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation; GFACT or CND or Security+ or GSEC
