Job Responsibilities

Provide daily follow up for customers of Immuno-Diagnostics Business, especially in the field application work for customers.Daily follow up for customers of Microbiology Business, especially in the field application work for customers.Responsible for Pre-Sales and Marketing Activities under SDG HKEstablish & achieve Strategic Tasks and Projects aligned with the ManagerProvide Professional Technical Application Support and Product Training for CustomersHandle Product Management and Customers' ComplaintsMay need to work irregular hours for special meetings and marketing events.Be responsible for the project implementationKeys to Success:EducationBSc degree in microbiology/biomedical science/biochemistry/biology, or equivalence.ExperienceAt least 3 years working experience in field applications, preferable in IVD industry.Experience on leading the project implementation is preferable.

Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesHighly motivated with passion and target driven.Technical strength and demonstration capability is an advantage.Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent partnership and collaboration with global, regional and local team.Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Able to work independently and meet the project schedule.Benefits
