Maintain microscopes. Split general laboratory maintenance duties with Lab Manager. Train new lab members in microscopy and basic image analysis. Lean our Look-Seq method (live cell imaging and single cell genome sequencing) and perform these experiments to contribute to postdoc and grad student projects. Similar duties for Optical Pooled Screening method.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates potential for technical proficiency, scientific creativity, collaboration with others and independent thought. Works on problems of moderate to large scope in which analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
