A **master's degree with 1-3 years** of industrial experience or a **Ph.D. is preferred.** **Skills:** + **Extensive hands-on experience in immunology** , especially with **multi-color flow cytometry (BD Canto II / Fortessa / LSR II),** and independently analyzing data using analytical software such as **FlowJo is required.** + Motivated to execute well-thought-out and well-planned in vitro experiments using the tool reagents generated. + Basic cell biology and biochemical skills, including **tissue culture, transfection, and cell line generation.** + **mRNA LNP candidate screening and assay experience** is preferable. **Education:** + The applicant must have a **bachelor’s degree** in Biological Science or a related field with **3-5 years** of experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical setup.
