As a Regulatory Scientist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our products meet all regulatory requirements across Europe. Your expertise will help us maintain the quality, safety, and compliance of our delicious portfolio while supporting innovation and market expansion.

How you will contribute

In this role, you will provide project specific support, execute the regulatory affairs strategy for chocolate product categories and regions, and you will ensure ingredients, product composition, claims and labelling comply with local and company policies. You will be responsible for validating raw materials and recipes, as well as preparing the labelling information (e.g., legal names, ingredients, nutrition facts). You will review and approve the packaging/artwork for regulatory compliance before printing.

You will also support issue resolution and crisis management as part of a collaborative team and continuously assess regulatory risks and opportunities in your markets. In your role you will engage in cross-functional collaboration with teams including Export Team, R&D, Quality, Legal and Project Management. You will get aligned with the company’s business goals, regulatory requirements, and growth ambition. You will know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; raise questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance issue; apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.

This position is located in Poland (Wroclaw) in the R&D Centre

Education / Certifications:

A scientific degree in Food or Nutrition Science/Technology, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or similar.

Job specific requirements:

Language skills: fluency in English - our operating business language

Work schedule:

Flexible working schedule aligned with core hours (9 AM – 5 PM).
