**Shift** : Standard business hours **Job Description:** In this vital role you will apply your knowledge and skills to perform analytical development of late-stage biological therapeutics. The ideal candidate will possess: + Advanced technical expertise in analytical methodologies used to characterize protein therapeutics including CE-SDS, cIEF/icIEF, HIC, SEC, IEX, RP and HILIC + Experience with CE and LC instruments handling and troubleshooting + Experience with CE and LC operation and data analysis software + Previous experience in mass spectrometry (MS) is a plus + Experience in method qualification, method transfers, method validation, and method troubleshooting + Working knowledge of data processing and analysis tools in Excel and other statistical software + Ability to work in a matrix team environment and collaborate effectively + Ability to independently prioritize, manage and schedule multiple tasks in order to meet deliverables + Good written and verbal communication skills + Familiarity with electronic lab notebook (ELN) **Day to Day Responsibilities:** + Provide analytical testing to support functions including but not limited to Drug Substance Technologies, Quality, and Manufacturing. + Analyze late-stage protein pharmaceutical products with advanced analytical methods including capillary electrophoresis, chromatography and mass spectrometry techniques to support product and process characterization + Lead or contribute to development, optimization and troubleshooting of analytical methods, participate in qualification, transfer and validation experiments with a focus on separation-based purity methods + Other duties include data analyses, maintenance of electronic notebook records of experimental data, participation in authoring of technical protocols and reports, and presentation of results in internal meetings **Basic Qualifications:** + B.S and 4 YOE Or M.S. and 2 YOE **Top Must Have Skill Sets:** + Effective problem solving + Working knowledge of liquid chromatography + Fast learner **_Disclaimer:_** _US Tech Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
