Schedule: Monday - Friday (4 - 9hr M-TR, 1 - 4hr shift)

Key Responsibilities:Conduct and support research experiments strictly adhering to established protocols.Analyze data and determine outcomes with flawless precision.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure world-class research results.Maintain accurate records of research findings and laboratory activities.Successfully implement new research methodologies and innovations.Ensure all safety and compliance protocols are strictly followed.Share research findings with internal collaborators and at scientific conferences.Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in biological sciences or a related field.2+ years of microbiology experience requiredProven experience in a research laboratory setting.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Outstanding proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.Ability to effectively communicate research results.Ambitious, self-motivated, and a great teammate.Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:Must demonstrate a high sense of responsibility.Must possess critical thinking skills.Must be an outstanding time manager.Must be willing to collaborate and contribute to team success.Must be committed to continuous learning and improvement.
