Job Description Summary:
Join our North America Ready-to-Drink (RTD) Coffee team as a Scientist, where you'll lead product development from concept to recipe creation. You'll shape flavor profiles, ensure product stability, manage formula costs, and collaborate with global innovation and marketing teams. As part of our global coffee innovation group, you'll also help drive short- and long-term technical strategies and pioneer new beverage technologies.
What You’ll Do for Us
Develop formula, select ingredients based on the market needs(fit to concept or performance specifications). And calculate the cost and conduct the stability test and registration work in KO system
Validate the actual line production feasibility smoothly with commercialization team.
Communicate with internal stakeholders like commercialization, SRA and brand marketing to execute the development work.
Support other development work executed by team members.
Understand IP, Pkg. Process, Micro-control, Quality control and project management with senior developers and manager.
Participates in team projects, interdepartmental/divisional committees or company-wide initiatives in order to share information, represent the department/division perspective or assist with product development, process modification, package development and marketing.
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree(Food Science, Chemistry or related field are preferred) Master’s degree is also preferred
More than 3+ years successful experience in product development in food industry experience (the beverage industry is preferred).
Knowledge of project management principles and the ability to apply the principles, tools and techniques to develop/plan, manage or execute projects or work plans to ensure successful completion is ideal
Language: English=Native level
Travel Requirements: 10-20% of the time is required for business trip

$89,800 - $107,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
