**Description**
This position is directly responsible for supporting global market access including monitoring of regulatory requirements and their impact on both product registrations and the business.
Assemble (gather/create) all necessary technical and registration documentation in conformity with legal regulations of the marketing countries in order to meet local on counter dates for assigned brand(s).
Coordinate and ensure maintenance of Brand/Market Registration Tracking databases in cooperation with affiliate, law firm and distributor counterparts, ensuring consistency and timely registrations and data integrity.
Research, generate and distribute registration documentation; including formulas, specifications, COA’s, Certificates of Free Sale, durability, claims substantiation, supporting declarations and artwork – according to specified local market regulations against NPL and Basic Business changes. Provide appropriate support and follow-up with markets to secure registration and achieve market launch timelines with minimal supervision. Maintain and update registration databases in order to ensure end-to-end registration compliance and consistency. Provide regular follow-up with market to ensure accuracy of data and compliance with expiry/re-registration timelines per market. – 50%
Interface with trade associations and health authorities to secure brand/product and market specific Certificates of Free Sale. Coordinate additional data and information requests with R&D and Regulatory Compliance, obtaining efficacy reports to support product registration, package claims and durability reports. Liaise with cross-functional partners: BVC, R&D, PD, Legal, Marketing to track and obtain final product information. Perform research through validated systems and/or with brand as required to action and complete product registration on a sku and/or family level, depending on market requirements. Escalate issues or concerns. - 30%
Work with management and cross-functional stakeholders to identify KPI’s which align with business objectives. Investigate patterns in data and metrics to search for opportunities in markets and across Brands, and report out
**Qualifications**
Minimum Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts with focus on life sciences
2 years of experience
Project management and multi-tasking skills.
Organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Prioritization and time management skills.
Team player with groups both inside and outside of the organization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of chemistry and broad cosmetic/drug regulatory experience preferred.
Fully proficient and experienced with Windows Office, Excel and Outlook and computer applications.
**Pay Range:**
The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$80,000.00** **to** **$80,000.00** **.** Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
