**Description** The core role of this job is generating registration data, processing legalization requests, and following⁃up with other relevant stakeholders from different departments. This work also includes keeping accurate records of all generated documents. Some previous experience in regulatory affairs is desirable but otherwise the successful candidate will be trained for the role on the job. As a minimum qualification a STEM type university degree is required to apply for the job. Key Responsibilities: + Lodge registration requests based on products forecast and documents needed based on the project launch plan, whilst a lways ensuring confidentiality. + Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure that generated documents match the requested info by the authorities. + Learn more about the market requirements and find ways to create efficient workstreams through other markets. + Assist Data Exchange and documents dispatch to the local affiliate and local distributor strictly through ELC Regulatory website. + Arrange dispatch/exchange of all documents needed whether on paper or electronic. + Collect registration reports from local distributors and feed the information to the company's internal system. + Check on all upcoming newness communicated by the affiliate. + Verify products details and proactively initiate the right action after documenting the request. + Create a tracking tool/tracker and generate summary when needed of the dispatched info. **Qualifications** + A relevant⁃STEM type university degree + Significant experience in data analysis and data entry + Advanced Excel skills + Data entry and administrative industry experience in Cosmetics, FMCG, and Pharmaceuticals or similar would be of advantage + Experience in preparation of reports + Ability to work under pressure + Attention to details + Eagerness to learn + Maintain confidentiality at all times Equal Opportunity Employer It is Company's policy not to discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, sex or gender (including pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions), gender identity or gender expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, marital status, military service and veteran status, physical or mental disability, protected medical condition as defined by applicable state or local law, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws and ordinances.
