What Program and Project Management contributes to Cardinal Health

Transformation enables the organization to drive complex and transformational programs through disciplined project/program management and change management strategies.

Program & Project Management applies general business knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process. This job family organizes project teams, establishes project schedules and individual responsibilities, and determines resource requirements.  Program & Project Management manages project budgets and reports on the status of project cost, timing and staffing. This job family also ensures adherence to internal external quality standards and integrates vendor tasks and deliverables into project plans.

This position is 100% on site at our state-of-the-art Scientific Service center in Mansfield, MA.

Responsibilities

Stay informed on industry trends and update leadership.Contribute to policy development by creating new standard operating procedures.Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders.Create Purchase Orders.Process invoices efficiently, utilizing discounts and meeting deadlines.Provide expert insights and analysis to clients.Manage client relationships, resolve issues and create client reports and analytics.Analyze and improve program efficiency, by escalating issues impacting productivity or quality while considering budget obligations.Lead data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML solution delivery to drive innovation.Drive innovation and efficiency through AI-enabled analytics.Increase program profitability through performance and patient support.Ensure client needs are met throughout project timelines and escalate roadblocks while understanding invoices, payments and history.Develop an understanding of each Scientific Business, SAMC, SASI, MICRO, Biocomp/Tox and Analytical Chemistry.Experience with data and platform management such as HANA, TABLEAU, or ACCESS.

Qualifications

0-2 years of experience, preferred.Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferredDemonstrated time management and organization skills with the emphasis on multi-taskingUnderstanding of SAP & cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., ECC, HANA, SAP, Tableau).Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Knowledge of Project Management tools and software like Microsoft Project and Jira.Understanding of a GMP laboratory a plus.Excellent attention to detail and data analysis skills.Strong communication (both oral and written) and reporting skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Ability to travel 5% of the time.

Anticipated hourly range: $26.90 per hour - $35.00 per hour
