WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR JOB
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Services Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and optimizing our SCIB Banking-as-a-service services to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of production processes and technologies.
We need someone like you to help us in different areas:
Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement.Review, suggest improvements and follow up execution of the strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.Monitor and evaluate the performance of production services, making adjustments as needed.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and output.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Prepare and present reports on production performance and optimization efforts to senior management.QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in production optimization, process improvement, cost supervision or a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in production management software and tools.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of Santander and SCIB sourcing processesKnowledge of Infrastructure technologies/conceptsExperience with advanced production technologies and automation.
