The School-To-Career Case Manager participates in the preparation, administration, and control of federal program projects and activities; create, manage, and maintain detailed participant files and program reports according to federal procedures and regulations using the Customer Information Services and Reporting System (CISRS). This is a 10 month, 8 hour position, with flexibility to work summer hours. This position requires flexibility and the ability to travel throughout the San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD). The main check-in location is on Polk Avenue, but the role includes regular travel to multiple school sites across the district. The Case Manager will primarily support two programs: TPP (Transition Partnership Program) and WorkAbility I. This role involves extensive report writing, case management, and procedural oversight.
