School Social Worker

Position Overview:

Provide full-time, on-site support to students at one elementary school from mid August to early November, with a possibility of extension. Deliver a wide range of services, including providing direct IEP minutes, conducting evaluations, offering crisis support, and engaging in problem-solving and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) initiatives. Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions, assessments, and interventions in compliance with district and state regulations.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree  IL Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Social Worker or School Counselor endorsement Prior experience providing services to pedatrics/elementary school students within a school setting is preferred. Regular schedule of 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM, Monday through Friday Part-time candidates may be considered.
