Local Pay Rate: $75/HR
The School Psychologist supports students experiencing a range of mental health, behavioral, and developmental needs, while also assisting in the evaluation and qualification of students for additional educational and support services. This role is responsible for delivering on-site psychological services to students under the jurisdiction of the state and school district, in alignment with professional, ethical, and legal standards.
The School Psychologist collaborates closely with educators, special education teams, administrators, families, and related service providers to promote student well-being, academic success, and appropriate service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide on-site psychological services to students within the district
+ Support student evaluations, assessments, and eligibility determinations
+ Address a variety of student mental health and developmental concerns
+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
+ Ensure compliance with state, district, and professional practice standards
Minimum Requirements
+ Must maintain current state licensure and/or certification in the state of assignment
+ Master’s degree in Psychology preferred
+ Experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations preferred
+ Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice
+ Current CPR certification, if applicable
+ Completion of TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray, if applicable
+ Current Health Certificate, per contract or state regulation
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
