Hybrid School Psychologist / Case Manager – Dallas, TX Position Type: Full-Time Model: Hybrid (On-site + Remote) Schools Supported: 5 campuses within the Dallas area Hours: 40 hours/week Start: ASAP Location: Dallas, Texas About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hybrid School Psychologist/Case Manager to support a cluster of five schools in the Dallas region. This position blends onsite assessment and consultation with remote case management responsibilities, offering flexibility while ensuring strong student support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and skilled at navigating diverse campus needs while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. Key ResponsibilitiesPsychological Services + Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations (cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional). + Complete eligibility reports, participate in ARD/IEP meetings, and provide data-driven recommendations. + Support MTSS/RTI processes, behavioral intervention recommendations, and progress monitoring. Case Management + Provide case management services across 5 campuses. + Manage timelines, ensure ARD/IEP compliance, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. + Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to ensure appropriate services. + Contribute to FBAs, BIPs, and other behavior intervention processes when needed. Hybrid Workflow + Onsite days: direct assessments, observations, consultations with staff, crisis response. + Remote days: report writing, parent communication, meeting participation, compliance work. Qualifications + Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology (LSSP required for practice in Texas). + Experience in assessments, ARDs/IEPs, and case management within K–12 schools. + Strong understanding of Texas Special Education law, timelines, and compliance requirements. + Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills. + Ability to work effectively across multiple campuses and collaborate with diverse teams.
