School Psychologist – Seguin, TX Pay Rate: $60–$65/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Assignment Type: Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days remote) Duration: ASAP – May 21, 2026 Campus Assignment: One elementary campus (potentially two if small) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and student-centered School Psychologist to support elementary learners in the Seguin, TX area. This role focuses on providing comprehensive evaluations to help determine student eligibility for special education and related services. You’ll join a collaborative team dedicated to helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. This position is primarily evaluation-only, with all consent and documentation collected and pre-organized for you by the district. You will also participate in ARD meetings and support the interdisciplinary evaluation process. Key Responsibilities + Conduct psychological and educational evaluations (approx. 8 per month, depending on evaluation type). + Review district-prepared evaluation packets and complete REED preparation. + Attend ARD meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide expert input. + Interpret data, write clear evaluation reports, and follow all required timelines. + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines. + Work in a hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote. Minimum Requirements + Current and valid Texas licensure/certification for School Psychology. + Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field preferred. + Experience working with pediatric or adolescent populations preferred. + Adherence to all professional standards of practice. + Current CPR certification (if required). + TB screening as applicable (PPD, chest X-ray, or questionnaire). + Current health certificate, if required by state/contract. + Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements. + Must be at least 18 years of age.
