Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Educational Services + Location: Oak Forest, IL + Schedule: 8:15 AM – 3:30 PM | 30-minute duty-free lunch | 200 minutes paid planning time/week + Start: ASAP through End of School Year, with strong potential for renewal next school year + Grade Levels: Early Childhood through 12th grade + Caseload: Supports the entire program based on student needs and referrals About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Educational Services (BCBA) to join a multidisciplinary team supporting students from Early Childhood through 12th grade. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values collaboration, enjoys working in a school-based environment, and is committed to improving student outcomes through evidence-based practices. You will provide behavioral consultation, conduct assessments, train educational staff, and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to individual needs. The program serves a diverse student population, including many students on the autism spectrum, and offers strong professional support from fellow BCBAs and social workers.
