+ Schedule: 8:15 AM – 3:30 PM | 30-minute duty-free lunch | 200 minutes paid planning time/week
+ Start: ASAP through End of School Year, with strong potential for renewal next school year
+ Grade Levels: Early Childhood through 12th grade
+ Caseload: Supports the entire program based on student needs and referrals
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Educational Services (BCBA) to join a multidisciplinary team supporting students from Early Childhood through 12th grade. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values collaboration, enjoys working in a school-based environment, and is committed to improving student outcomes through evidence-based practices.
You will provide behavioral consultation, conduct assessments, train educational staff, and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to individual needs. The program serves a diverse student population, including many students on the autism spectrum, and offers strong professional support from fellow BCBAs and social workers.
Key Responsibilities
+ Conduct behavioral evaluations and functional assessments
+ Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
+ Provide training, coaching, and modeling to teachers and support staff
+ Consult with school teams to improve behavioral and academic outcomes
+ Support program-wide needs across a shared caseload of approximately 54 students
+ Serve as a clinical teacher, observing, guiding, and enhancing behavior service delivery

Required Qualifications
+ Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
+ Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
+ At least 18 years of age
+ Meets all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Current CPR certificate (if applicable)
+ TB test, PPD, or chest X-ray as required
+ Current health certificate per state or contract requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience delivering behavior analytic services in school settings
+ Minimum one year of pediatric experience
