Full-Time | ASAP – June 2026 (Renewal Possible) We're seeking an experienced BCBA for a unique, leadership-oriented role focused on district-wide coaching, collaboration, and behavioral support—not a traditional hands-on caseload. ? Role Highlights: • Paired with an RBT to provide coaching across the district • Collaborate with teaching teams and social workers to support student behavior • Primarily coaching/consultation (occasional direct service) • Support general education students as needed • Assist teachers with strategies to improve student outcomes • Contribute to writing FBAs and BIPs • Ideal for someone who enjoys guiding staff and shaping behavior systems ?? Candidate Profile: • Preference (not required): Female • Open to newer BCBAs • MUST be comfortable working with high school students and supporting functional independence • Strong understanding of school environments & diverse student needs • Flexible, adaptable, and aware of school-based expectations and culture ?? Assignment Details: • Pay: $80/hr • Dates: ASAP – June 2026 (renewable if a good fit) • Schedule: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (40 billable hours) • Breaks: 30-minute paid lunch + planning time • Location: Dolton, IL ?? Interview Process: 1st Round: Phone conversation with onsite RBT (15–20 mins) ? Send 1-week availability with submittal 2nd Round: Virtual interview with district leadership ?
