School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: South Holland, IL Pay Rate: $75–$80 per hour Schedule: 32.5 hours/week Contract Duration: ASAP – May 29, 2026 Completion Bonus: $1,000 for successful completion of the Spring Semester Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support an Early Childhood / Pre-K caseload in South Holland, IL for the remainder of the school year. In this role, you will conduct evaluations, provide direct therapy, and document services in alignment with each student’s individualized plan of care and all professional practice standards. This position is well-suited for a clinician who thrives in collaborative, early-learning environments and is comfortable supporting students with a range of communication and developmental needs. Caseload Details Estimated Caseload: Approximately 20 students Student Population Includes: Autism Spectrum Disorder Intellectual Disabilities Verbal and nonverbal communication needs Social interaction challenges Sensory processing and regulation needs Academic skill development The instructional setting utilizes play-based learning with integrated language, motor, and technology-based therapeutic approaches. Grade Levels: Early Childhood / Pre-K Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM 30-minute unpaid break Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations. Deliver direct therapy services based on each student’s plan of care. Complete thorough, timely documentation according to district and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members. Maintain compliance with all professional and ethical standards. Minimum Requirements Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required. Compliance with all federal, state, and local standards. CPR certification, if applicable. TB test, PPD, chest X-ray, or health certificate as required. Must be at least 18 years of age.
