Speech-Language Pathologist (School-Based)
Keller Elementary | Part-Time | 22.5 hrs/week | 4-Month Contract
Position Overview
The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.
Minimum Requirements
+ Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
+ Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract
+ Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray if applicable
+ Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age

+ Start Date: February 2, 2026
Assignment Information
+ Assignment runs February 2, 2026 – June 17, 2026
+ Up to 22.5 hours per week, including an unpaid, duty-free lunch break; paid only for actual hours worked
+ Must be willing to attend full-day trainings on:
+ March 13, 2026
+ May 22, 2026
+ Location: Keller Elementary (0.6 FTE)
+ Must be willing to work in-person, onsite at LWSD campuses
+ Applicant must have Washington State License and Certification
+ Applicant must have Special Education ESA for Speech-Language Pathologist
+ Previous school experience preferred
