Your Role In this school-based SLP position, you will: + Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with communication needs + Provide individualized therapy aligned with each student's plan of care and IEP + Document services in compliance with school, state, and clinical guidelines + Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams + Ensure adherence to all district, state, and federal regulations ?? Minimum Requirements + Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License (must be fully licensed in MD) + CCC-SLP preferred (may be required depending on district) + Compliance with all professional standards of practice + Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray per requirements + Current Health Certificate per state/contract guidelines + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be 18 years of age or older ?
