Part-Time School-Based Occupational Therapist – Gilbert, AZ Pay Rate: $50/hour Schedule: 32 hours per week (4 days/week) Duration: ASAP – End of 2025/2026 School Year Position Description The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the individualized plan of care for each student. Minimum Requirements + Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Arizona + One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred + Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice + Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable) + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age Assignment Details + Modality: Part-Time Occupational Therapist + Grade Levels: Elementary & High School + Caseload: Approximately 48 students + Schedule: 4 days/week, 32 hours total + Setting: Split between Elementary and High School campuses Interested candidates can apply today to make an impact in Gilbert Area schools!
