Occupational Therapist (K–8)
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team and support students across multiple buildings within our co-op. In this role, you will conduct student evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, provide direct therapy services, and maintain clear, accurate documentation.
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students with a wide range of needs, including cognitive delays, autism, and physical disabilities.
Responsibilities include
+ Performing evaluations and developing student-centered therapy plans
+ Providing direct OT services according to each student’s plan of care
+ Collaborating with school staff and maintaining professional standards
+ Documenting services in alignment with requirements and best practices
Minimum requirements
+ Current Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of practice
+ One year of OT experience preferred
+ Compliance with all professional standards of practice
+ Current CPR certification if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current health certificate as required
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ Modality: Occupational Therapist - School
+ Grade levels: K–8
+ Caseload: Approximately 900–1150 minutes per week; number of students varies based on direct service needs
+ Schedule: 8:10 a.m. to 2:10 p.m.
+ Start date: ASAP through end of school year
