Occupational Therapist Assistant - Details of the Position Include: Location: Salem, MA Duration: 2025-2026 School Year, ESY and NSY Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Part time: 16 - 24 hours /week Pay Rate: Up to $40/ hour based on experience and licensure Experience : Certified COTA, MA licensure, experience working with school-aged children, reliable transportation for traveling to both schools Job Description: + Provide occupational therapy support in individual, small group, and inclusive settings across multiple schools + Assist Occupational Therapist with assessments and recommendations + Implement students’ IEP goals and maintain accurate documentation + Adapt classroom environments, tools, and materials to improve student access and participation + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and attend meetings/trainings + Ensure compliance with special education regulations and professional ethics + Maintain therapy equipment and provide staff consultation under supervision + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work independently or as part of a team Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have regarding this position.
