What You’ll Do As a School-Based BCBA, you’ll play a key role in helping students thrive. You will: + Conduct behavioral evaluations + Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans + Provide consultation and training to school staff + Support compliance with IEP goals + Observe, assess, and guide behavioral service delivery + Serve as a clinical leader within the school environment Your expertise directly shapes student success and supports a positive learning environment. ?? Requirements + Current BCBA certification (BACB) + Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, teaching, or related field + School-based experience preferred + Pediatric experience preferred + CPR (if applicable) + TB/PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable) + Health certificate (if required) + Must meet all federal, state & local requirements + Must be 18 + ??
