School Aide – $18/hr (California) Position: School Aide Pay Rate: $18 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours Start Date: Immediate openings About the Role School Aides support teachers and students throughout the school day, helping create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment. This role is ideal for individuals with childcare experience who enjoy working with children and want to make a meaningful impact in education. Job Description The School Aide assists with classroom activities, student supervision, and academic and behavioral support. Under the direction of teachers and school staff, the aide helps maintain an organized learning environment and supports students’ daily needs.
