+ Assist with mobility, personal care, and therapeutic routines as needed

+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ CPR certification (if applicable)
+ TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray if applicable)
+ Current health certificate (as required by contract or state)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
