The School Counselor/School Mental Health Worker supports students in developing coping strategies, improving emotional regulation, and enhancing overall mental well-being. In collaboration with families, teachers, and other school staff, they help create a safe and supportive learning environment, facilitate referrals to community-based mental health services when needed, and contribute to the development of school-wide mental health initiatives.
