Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet: + _Personelle und fachliche Leitung sowie Koordination eines Verantwortungsbereichs in verschiedenen Produktions- und Weiterverarbeitungsbereichen, einschließlich der Aufsicht während der Schicht._ + _Verantwortung für Sicherheit, Service, Qualität und Produktivität übernehmen und diese anhand von Kennzahlen messen; Mitarbeitende in Arbeitssicherheit unterweisen._ + _Maßnahmen zur Qualifizierung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden durchführen und Fachwissen in unterschiedlichen Produktionsbereichen erweitern._ + _Kontinuierliche Verbesserung im Verantwortungsbereich durch Methoden wie Lean Six Sigma vorantreiben sowie Mitwirkung in Projektarbeiten._ + _Arbeits- und Ablauforganisation, Aufgabenkoordinierung und Terminüberwachung sicherstellen._ **Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen** Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen: + _Erfolgreich abgeschlossene_ _technische Berufsausbildung inkl. abgeschlossener Meisterausbildung der Fachrichtung Chemie oder Industrie/Metall, oder Studium im Bereich Chemie/Maschinenbau o.ä._ + _Fundierte Erfahrung in der Produktion, technisches Verständnis sowie erste Erfahrungen in der Mitarbeiterführung._ + _Sie haben die Bereitschaft, in Wechselschicht an bis zu 7 Tagen/Woche zu arbeiten und bringen die Flexibilität mit sich zeitlich auf Projektarbeit sowie unterschiedliche Schichtmodelle einzustellen._ + _Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift._ Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil: + _Kenntnisse zu gesetzlichen und arbeitsrechtlichen Bestimmungen sowie über Arbeitsplatzergonomie und Arbeitssicherheit._ + _Zusätzliche Kenntnisse in SAP/MES (Einsatz, Ausstoß, Zeiten, Materialbestellungen, IH-Meldungen, etc.)._ + _Die Fähigkeit erlerntes Wissen strukturiert an neue Mitarbeiter weiterzugeben._ + _Verantwortungsbereitschaft für Lean/5S-Prozesse._ **Stellenbezogene Informationen** + _Standortinformationen:_ _Hilden, vor Ort._ + **_Schichtmodell:_** _Vollkonti/Teilkonti/Tagschicht_ Safety is a core value at 3M.
