Aon New Zealand is seeking a confident, proactive, and ambitious Schemes and Facilities Executive to join our Auckland team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to do something a little different in insurance, with the scope to develop and grow in a supportive, inclusive environment. You’ll be a key link between clients, insurers, and Aon’s internal teams—helping us deliver specialist insurance schemes that set us apart in the market.
What will you do?
+ Manage day-to-day operations of specialist insurance schemes, including event cancellation, prize indemnity, and motor vehicle
+ Work with managers to research new insurance products and improve existing ones.
+ Calculate premiums, prepare documents, and ensure accuracy before delivery.
+ Support regional managers with sales pipelines and growth targets.
+ Keep databases and reports up to date—proficiency in Excel is a must!
+ Engage with clients, insurers, and colleagues to keep everything running smoothly.
+ Provide overall efficiency to the team so we can respond to our customers quicker.
+ Generate reporting to support business decisions.
Who are we looking for?
+ Ideally you will have experience in insurance or financial services
+ Level 5 qualification in general insurance is highly beneficial (but not essential).
+ Confident communicator, self-starter, and loves working in a high performing team.
+ Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
+ Skilled in data analysis and reporting.
+ Ambitious to learn new things and grow your career.
