We are looking for a strong communicator with advanced organizational skills to join the team in **Nampa Patient Registration** as a **Scheduling Specialist!**
In this role, you will greet patients and family members, obtain all necessary information (demographic, financial, insurance, etc) and assist with completion of the registration process. You will primarily support the Infusion Services team and assist with scheduling tasks, payment operations, and ensuring that patients are cleared for service delivery.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Two (2) to Five (5) years’ experience in area of expertise such as scheduling, financial clearance, or patientaccess.
+ National certification in HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA required within one (1) year of hire.
+ Must be proficient in the use of Patient Registration/Patient Accounting systems & related software systems.
**POSITION DETAILS:** This is a Full-Time position in Nampa Patient Registration. This role will primarily support the Infusion Services department and the schedule for this role is Monday – Friday from 8:00AM – 3:00PM.

+ **Reporting & Insights** : Creates and distributes analytical reports, including visual data summaries and recommendations.
+ **Systems & Tools** : Utilizes multiple software systems to analyze data, generate reports, and develop training materials.
+ **Compliance & Ethics** : Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and internal policies to ensure ethical and safe practices.
+ **Continuous Learning** : Demonstrates adaptability and a commitment to learning new processes and technologies.
