We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Scheduling Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing accurate, timely support.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and schedule appointmentsProvide professional and courteous customer service in a high-volume call environmentAccurately document customer interactions in CRM and scheduling systemsAddress customer concerns, manage follow-ups, and support resolution effortsStay informed on company services to provide accurate information to customersCommunicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and leadership to support operationsRequired SkillsStrong communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approachAbility to manage multiple calls and tasks simultaneouslyComfortable learning and navigating CRM systems and technologyStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to think quickly and solve problems effectivelyDependable and team-orientedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious customer service or call center experience preferredBasic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systemsComfortable making outbound callsWork EnvironmentThis is an office-based role where you will primarily interact with customers by phone. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kodak, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
