We are seeking a Scheduling Representative to manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and schedule appointments. This role involves providing friendly, professional support while managing a high volume of calls and accurately documenting customer interactions in CRM and software systems. You will assist with customer concerns, follow-ups, and problem resolution while staying up-to-date on services to provide accurate information. Effective communication with team members, dispatch, and leadership is also essential.
Responsibilities
+ Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and schedule appointments.
+ Provide friendly, professional support while managing high call volume.
+ Document customer interactions accurately in CRM and software systems.
+ Assist with customer concerns, follow-ups, and problem resolution.
+ Stay up-to-date on services to provide accurate information.
+ Communicate effectively with team members, dispatch, and leadership as needed.

Work Environment
This position is based in an office environment where you will engage with customers primarily over the phone. You will have access to CRM systems and other necessary software tools. The role involves regular communication with team members and leadership, and maintaining a professional demeanor is essential.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kodak, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
