Job Title: Scheduling Representative

Job Description

The scheduling professional will maintain inventory levels, assist with customer orders, and schedule the transfer and processing of materials to ensure finished inventory levels are met.

Responsibilities

Assist with data entry using Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel.Create and coordinate schedules and manage the movement of processing activities in the warehouse.Conduct critical quality assurance checks on processing documents.Be on call for emergencies related to processing requirements.Analyze customer sales order schedules and special project requests.Communicate with customers and provide processing instructions for processing team members.

Work Environment

Work in a cubicle and warehouse setting from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
