Location/Division Specific InformationThe position is based on-site in Bethesda, Maryland. The preferred candidate will have government support experience and clinical trial experience.

Discover Impactful Work:

Maintains current and accurate data concerning technician availability and training status in order to appropriately schedule the technical staff to assure full use of staff in the most efficient manner possible. Provides weekly schedule of technical procedure coverage for the Clinic.

A day in the Life:Maintains a current and accurate list of technician availability and assigns them to procedures accordingly. Assures that available hours are distributed as fairly and as cost-effectively as possible. Assures that all procedures are covered with appropriately trained staff.Completes projected weekly technician schedules and assures that all weekly schedules are copied and distributed and provides technicians with any materials requested for distribution with schedules.Works with Training Coordinator to determine training needs and to schedule technicians for training.Maintains technician time-off request group calendar.Coordinates with the supervisor in determining which procedures to post for voluntary sign-up. Ensures that sign-up sheet is posted in timely manner.Performs other duties as assigned.Keys to Success:

High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Technical positions may require a certificate

Experience

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience
